Storefront and Curtain Wall General Advice?

I'm just learning how to use these tools. We're considering buying the following from objects online, since we can't seem to place doors in the storefronts easily:

Graphisoft has not made an announcement date, but we all expected AC12 on June 1 since AC11 came out June 1 and GS is promising a one-year release cycle.
