other object folder unselectable.

hi guys,

sorry if this is a daft question but im new to archicad..

i have created a custom .gsm of a window surround saved it off and imported it using my library manager, it is shown as been stored in my other object folder, but when i go to import it the other object folder is greyed out, (unselectable).

Its worked before so not sure what has gone wrong, tried the basic stuff of restarting etc... any help would be much appreciated.

working with archicad 11. build 1210 full.

Welcome Dan,

Not sure if this is your answer but do you recall what object type you saved it as?

If you saved the part as a window, you can't access it with the object tool; and vice versa.
