It should be right up there among the General Settings. See the attached image for door settings. The same holds true for windows.

Are you by any chance using customised library parts?

I think they introduced the "Rough Opening Extra" parameters in AC10, which might have replaced "Oversize" for <S></S>windows<E></E> (residential openings) as opposed to <S></S>storefront<E></E> (commercial openings).

Laura, I think your right...However, the rough opening extra simply adds more space to the window and doesn't create a hole. Without some additional gdl scripting with WALLHOLE(?) parameters, I'm not able to achieve the desired outcome.

You do that... but beware of all the spice!

As far as I'm aware, the Indian & International versions have identical libraries. If that is not so, someone please correct me and I'll post the "Indian" doors & windows here.

Alternatively, have you tried the ACE Library?
Laura, perhaps the parameters are hidden from viewing in the Object's settings dialog, but could be turned on if you open the LibPart. I had the same problem with Terrace Door 1 11. They were hidden under "AC Details" with blue colour!

I opened a window library part, and the oversize parameters are there, just hidden. In my experience, if a parameter has been hidden, there is a logical reason -- you could "unhide" the parameters, but I doubt it would produce desirable results.
