Custom Detail Symbol

<T>Is there a way to create a custom Detail Marker? I have attached an image of the assembly marker we use on our drawings that refer to our assembly schedule. I guess it doesn't have to be a detail marker it can just be a library part since I will not really need to link it to the actual schedule. I make custom library parts all the time but I don't do any scripting for them. Just a save as or save selection as. I would for it to work at multiple scales and to be able to have stretch points as shown in the image. I know nothing about gdl other than how to open the library parts. We currently just use line, circles and the text tool and group it for this symbol.

Thanks for any help you can give me.</T>

Sweet works great Thanks...
We have recently started to use this method for our assembly schedule.
It seems to be working for us.
