topic Slow loading ArchiCAD 9 Subset for AC9SE.lcf in Libraries & objects

<R>Graphisoft Library Dudes:

I haven't noticed anyone else reporting this problem, but I've encountered it on several computers, home and work, Windows and Mac. We often re-open files made in ArchiCAD 9, so I've downloaded the AC9 Subset library for AC10 (and AC11) from tr.graphisoftus.com. The link actually downloads this:
<LINK_TEXT text="http://tr.graphisoftus.com/downloads/DL ... _ACSE9.zip">http://tr.graphisoftus.com/downloads/DL's%20for%20GraphisoftUS/AC%2010%20stuff/Subsets/ArchiCAD_9%20Subset_for_ACSE9.zip</LINK_TEXT>

It downloads fine, and also works fine, but it takes a LONG time to load, like over a minute and a half. It doesn't have that many objects, and I have much larger libraries that load in a couple of seconds. It's the same on a network or local drive.

Could the file be corrupt, or contain some extraneous information? I'd appreciate if someone from GS could consider fixing the problem, and re-extracting the LCF and reposting it. It's just a nuisance.

Thanks!</R>
