Hello Kliment,
I downloaded your windoor 01.gsm and edited it so that it has
editable oversizing. Fortunately, this was easy because it needed
a rectangular opening so the wallhole command is not necessary and so
you can comment it out by putting exclamation points in front of each
line of the wallhole command. In the details window, no formula is necessary,
but simply type in the X+ field "ac_right_oversize", in the X- field type in
ac_left_oversize, in the Y+ field type in ac_upper_oversize, and in the
Y- field type in ac_lower_oversize. I am explaining this in case I am
unable to attach the edited version of "windoor 01.gsm" successfully.
If a window or door has a non rectangular shape then it will need
a wallhole command and that command will need special GDL editing.

<T>I need help on how to assign Opening Oversize for a custom window I made. I made the window with walls and slabs and a WALLHOLE slab for the opening. But I cannot write the right formlas in the Details menu.

Can anyone share any ideas about it?

I attach the window object.</T>

Hello Kliment,
I believe you posted the exact same question in September.
The answer is still the same except that it occurs to me
that if you want a fixed oversize just make the element
with the wallhole ID larger than the outside of the frame
by the amount you want. If you need to have the opening
oversize editable then you need to add parameters and write
a formula in the Details window. Is this what you want
help with ?
I want to have an editable Opening Oversize with a formula in the Details window. But I am not so good at scripting. I tried to copy/paste formulas from other window lib parts but it did not work. I need help with the formulas.

When I posted my previous quesion on this theme I was making the preliminary drawings fro the project. I went for the easier solution of using two windows and a slab for the transom. But as I am preparing the technical drawings I need to have a single window with a single ID and Opening Oversize for correct dimensioning.
