<T>I am trying to create a rectangular, custom window. The special condition I am trying to create is that when looking at the window in plan, the sill is curved.
Because I am building the custom window "lying at the zero level" I am having diffuculty defining the curved profile of the sill.</T>

Depending on the details you might try a complex profiled wall
shaped like an arch or a TrussMaker object in an arch shape.
