    <description>&lt;DIV class="actalk-migrated-content"&gt;&lt;T&gt;Im drawing some bathroom stalls using block wall (*vs partitions)&lt;BR /&gt;
Im in  version 11 and I cant separate the door &amp;amp; frame 12" from floor without the door hole shrinking to door size. I used to do this on version 9&lt;BR /&gt;
(see image) there was a parameter called oversize: lower opening oversize. It seems I'll keep using the doors  from archicad library 9 for this purpose.</description>
