GDL Web Control 11 is published on
http://www.graphisoft.com/products/archicad/object_technology/downloads/installwebctrl.html
It works with Internet Explorer and what a great thing, with Firefox 2.

And it works better with Firefox for me than IE7; the waiting time when closing a Web Control window, before you can do a new browser command you now only have with Internet Explorer, not with Firefox.

Yes, for me it was the same.
But after a restart of my PC it worked well.
