Thanks!

It would be nice if it was a bit more customisable. for example that you could control the number of stone courses.

So instead of having modelled lots of stones using the slab tool I would just model each type once and then use a For Next routine in combination with ADDz to offset to the next course depth that way you could do the number of courses of stone selected by the user.

So the structure of the script would be more along the lines of using a Control script to call sub-routines to insert the quoins
another call to a sub-routine for what type of lintol
another call to a sub-routine for what type of cill
another call to a sub-routine for whether the you have a return window quoin etc

Using a control script calling sub-routines allows you to add other options at a later date much easier to do.

As this is a symetrical object it should be possible to just conentrate on modelling one half of the window and then calling it with a subroutine and mirroring it.

I would recomend getting a copy of David Nicholson Cole's GDL Cookbook even it is a wee bit out of date the principles are sound and has a very similar example of how to do your object.

Finally to make it even more user friendly you could look at developing a User Interface via the Interface script.

One major problem for me with your object is that the radius of the arch isn't controllable and as you have used the MUL command the arch distorts depending on the overall height. I would want that radius controlled by the user so he gets what he wants not a distorted version.

Hope that helps / gives you a couple of ideas.
