those are the ones. usually it's the users name followed by the project file name. or the other way up.

glad you got 'em!

<R>I cannot figure this one out: I have an AC10 project, migrated from AC9, which continues to load <S></S>both<E></E> our AC10 and our AC9 libraries.

Once the project was migrated, the AC9 library was removed and the AC10 library loaded (done this on all other migrated projects without issue). The file was then shared via TeamWork.

The AC9 library continues to load. I've signed in as Team Leader with Exclusive Access and have removed it via Library Manager. I've even re-saved the file as a PLN, made sure the correct libraries are loaded, and re-shared via TeamWork. It still continues to load.

Any suggestions???</R>

You could check you dont have an alias to the older library lurking inside the version 10 folder

Laura wrote:
Any suggestions???

i can only think that one of the teammate's preference files is still loading the old library and transferring this to the team project.

firstly, have all of your users trash their <S></S>team project<E></E> preference files. note: this is not their entire archicad preferences - just the ones relating to teamwork files. i forget where they are found - somewhere in the users own settings/Graphisoft folder i think.... (they are the pref files that remember a teammate's last sign-in settings etc for a particular project).

then store the library settings as team leader again. if that fixes up the problem, have one teammate load the old library again and 'send and receive'. does the problem come back? if so, it's a bug that needs reporting . . .

This seems to have done the trick. The PRF files were in a hidden folder (C:\Documents and Settings\<user name>\Application Data\Graphisoft), and the file name contained the user's name (although that was really a guess, as there was no indication of what was considered a Teamwork preference file). Thanks for your help! LJY
