Editing Archicad Library 10 lcf

Can anyone tell me how to edit the Object Library 10.lcf .
That is: adding to or deleting items in the 16 objects folders,
and also copying items out to new Project libraries.
I used to be able to do that in AC9. But the items in the Container file are uneditable. I read throught the manual but couldn't get any idea from there. Thanks.

You have to extract the library before you can edit it.
File->Libraries and Objects-> Extract a Container....
