topic getting "Fill Not Found" message in 3D window in Libraries & objects

<T>I am getting this "Fill not found" message in my 3D window every time I try to use my AC 10 windows, doors, etc:

"Fill not found at line 251 in the 3D script of file
wa_trim_us_10.gsm."

I've successfully downloaded the new v10 object library and think I have isolated my problem: this problem is resulting from opening my client's .dwg files into ArchiCAD 10 (btw: I had the same problem with AC 9).

When I create a "new and reset" file alone, the windows and doors are added with no "Fill not found" windows showing up when I open the 3D window.

However, when I import my client's .dwg files and attempt to 3D model/trace from them, then I get the "Fill not found" window every time I use my AC Library 10 windows or doors, etc. Obviously, I can't work without my client's .dwgs, so can anyone instruct me as to how to fix this problem?

thanks!</T>
