In AC 10, are there window parameters for butt-glazed windows, and additionally, butt-glazed windows in a curved wall.

butt-glazing has always been an option in the curtain wall objects/windows/doors . . . ?

do you mean in 'normal' windows? or are you after ganging options? ganging a window has been around for a while too now i believe. it was definitely an option for the AC9 special edition libraries.

i think you need to be a bit more specific about what you're after . . .

Thanks for the reply. I have a curved wall with butt-glazed windows that is 54' long.

I forgot about the curtain wall option and will try that to see if that works.

I tried to look up "ganged" windows in AC Help and can't find anything. I noticed this is a new option, or at least new to me. Any information on how this parameter works.

it lets you run a 'gang' of windows together: for example: make one long bank of windows out of multiple instances of a single window object. (under the parameters list it's called 'stacking' - which highlights the extent of graphisoft's consistency policy).

basically it takes it trims sills, casings, trims, etc back to allow it to join to an adjacent window. i don't think it's what you're after having read your latest post. go with the curtain wall . . . and remember that there are several curtain wall objects that will give you more design flexibility when placed as objects rather than using them out of the window/door tool . . .
