    <description>Basically you want to create a folder for your downloaded objects and load this folder with your other Libraries. Categorise folders as applicable so you don't have to load everything to get just the objects you want.</description>

Your question is not new and many answers to this have been posted here. Take you the time to navigate a bit by SEARCHing this forum by the search items "library", "library manager", "adding libraries". Have also a look into the normal ArchiCAD manual and search for this keys. If this does not help, ask again.</description>
