We chose not to do the prompted migration when we opened up Solo for the first time. It seemed to throw more off then to not when someone else in our office did it.

Have you run into this problem? Is that how you fix it?

Thanks!

<T>Our office is doing a long over due software update. We have been using ARCHIcad 17.0.0 START and we are moving over to ARCHIcad SOLO 20.

We are finding that our windows are not seemlessly moving from one version to another. Has anyone else run into this problem? We are finding the only solution is to re insert a new window/ Door and their information. This is time consuming for us. The window marker is disappearing. We hope that someone has an easy fix for us!

Can anyone help? Please see attached for screen captures.

Thanks!
Have you loaded the relevant migration libraries?
I have not had this issue before, but in your top image, you have blue circles which I am assuming are indicating missing library parts (green for me so might be different) so my guess is that the symbol changed between AC17 and AC20 meaning that you would need to either manually change it to use the new symbol, or to migrate the old symbol in.
