Mike,
I have AC 8.1 and I can't find "framerect.gsm".
I don't think it is in the standard library.
Is this object from some other source ?
Usually when you get the error
"Invalid transformation matrix (singular) at line...."
It means that a "Mull" command in one of the scripts
contains a zero which is not legal for that command.
Since I can't find this library part I can't confirm this.
Thanks Peter,
I figured it out... I put a Smart Part door in a 1.5" wall, there must be some setting that doesn't alllow me to do this because if the wall is my standard 3 1/2" it works fine... maybe you know what that setting might be? Anyway, it's fixed for now. Thanks again

The door jamb probably has to be deeper than the door thickness. If you have a 1 3/4" door in a 1 1/2" wall, and the jamb depth is set to match the wall thickness, this could be the problem.

I got the same problem now. I tried to use an object from the library and then got this box. I alredy deleted the object in 2D, so it's not there (not there in 3D either) but the box keeps popping out. Does anybody know how to get rid of it?

The part you deleted may not have been causing the error.
Place a marquee around half of your model and view it in 3D.
If no error message your problem is in the remainder so place a marquee around half of that area.
If there is an error message then place the marquee around half of the original area.
Basically you are isolating parts of the model to locate where the problem is or is not.
If the error gives you a library part name then that can help you to find it quicker.

Also turn layers all on or turn some off if you know they will not be the problem.
Also use the all storey (fat) marquee to search the entire model or the single storey (thin) one if you want to search floor by floor.
