You just model it to the size you want.
If you want to get it exact then draw a fill on the curtain wall panel in elevation.
Copy and paste that fill to the floor plan.
when you say to model it, you mean to model like a morph? or can I build a door laid on the xy plane of the ground?

<T>I am trying to insert a door different that the ones "built in" in the options of the curtain wall, but when I tried the custom panel turns the doors 90 degree on x axis.
Any ideas to solvet it ?</T>

As in your door panel lies flat on the x/y axis? Did you create the door panel in plan? If not, then that would be the cause. I am having no issues with custom doors in my curtain walls.
I create the ensemble, wall+door, in an xz plane, because as far as I know to create the door in a xy plan you first need to lie in that plan the wall that contains that door and as far as I know you only can do that if the set is a morph.

Custom doors, windows and panels are best created in the XY plane - i.e. lying flat on the floor.
You can use slabs, walls, roof, morphs, etc., to create them.

If you want the exact size you can draw a fill on the elevation and copy & paste that onto the plan.
But you should find your custom object will re-scale automatically to suite the door, window or curtain wall panel size that you choose.
However you don't want them to re-scale too much as they may distort, so getting the correct size is a good idea.
Just think of it as when in plan, you are looking at the door from the inside. While thinking along those lines, model your door leaf using the basic modelling tools on the floor plan then select the lot and save it as a custom door leaf.

You can model it with any of the 3D tools.
It will need to lay flat in the floor plane.
Zero height is the front surface of the door as yo look at it in elevation.
Anything modelled above zero height will be the inside of the door, and anything below zero height will be outside the door.
You can model as much detail as you need, or it can just be a flat slab.

Here is a help files for a custom door leaf - basically the same for curtain wall panels.

in reference to this link, I understand that you can only draw single leafs of doors. My problem is that I need to by a pair door, one hinged leaf and the other fixed. Is that possible, because in the example of the link they only draw a leaf without fixed sahs. If I need a door+window sahs, how does Archicad understand that one is hinged and the other fixed?

Each panel of the curtain wall you can replace with a custom panel.
This will just give you a fixed panel.

Or you can also use a double or single door or window, and in there you can select a custom door or window panel.

With the double leaf door or window, I don't think they give you the option of having one open and one fixed.

I would say you would have to place two custom panels next to each other and then make the curtain wall frame in between invisible (delete it)
You can place a custom door next to a custom window or just a standard fixed custom panel.

Maybe if you can show an image of what you want that will help.

I rarely use curtain walls so maybe someone else can give some more detail.
