<T>Hi:

I need to curve a profiled sheet for the encounter of a profiled roof and a profiled wall.

Any idea how to do that? Of course de idea is that the profiles match.

I attach a reference image. (sorry for the lousy picture...)

Thanks</T>

Please, I really need help with this.

Sections, elevation, and 3D model depends on this solution....is it doable?

Thanks!

Draw the section in complex profile, extrude the side view with complex profile wall. Convert to Morph, rotate.

However, I would personally draft a shell roof and use a texture + vectorial hatch of just lines for the profile to keep the model more manageable.

But if I do that (which I've already done) it doesn't hace the profile of the wall and the roof.

It is just a plain 1/4th of a tube. Please see the image attached.

Explaining Erwin's suggestion, you'd use a <S></S>Complex Wall Profile<E></E> to create your roof as a single piece, either eave to ridge or eave to eave as a single wall. The <S></S>Complex Wall Profile<E></E> would have your steel roof profile as the walls vertical section where the height of the wall equals the length of your roof, or unit width. Doing the wrap only will most likely result in a flawed joint between the two entities.

In plan, draw your roof profile from end to end with the 2D tools and hatch the interior.
Copy that into the profile manager and rotate it to vertical.
Set it as a complex wall profile.
Using the complex wall tool, draw your roof in plan as you would see it in elevation from one of the gable ends.
Convert the lot to a morph and rotate 90 degrees the move to desired location.

In your last image, you've only got a tube as I'm assuming it does not have a complex profile assigned to it.

Sorry for short answers, economy is booming again so I don't allways find time for long answers and it's hard to guess people's experience with tools.

That said, you can allways use my short answer as a starting point for some more research in the Help Center.
