Window Door Labels

We primarily do Builder plans and we are having issues with the Door Window labels for use as per the Builder requirements. I have attached a sample of what we are getting at the moment out of the box, and what we would like it to look like. Please advise if there is a way to create a door and window label that could be used with ArchiCAD Library doors and windows, or if ArchiCAD could make this an option out of the box.

You ARE? I've been trying to get there on some plans, and am quite a ways out. I wonder if my settings are off cuz I'm not getting the foot/inch marks (neither the text below).

The desired result you show requires a custom door/window label. Neither the superscript inches nor the placement of the text along the door leaf is available (AFAIK) in any of the standard parts.
