topic MSA Wood Parts in Libraries & objects

<T>We have found that the MSA parts that contain the wood fill such as corner, cove, etc. have a little glitch. When you change the color of the wood fill to something other than pen #6, the fill color does not change in the part. Has anyone else experienced this before? Thanks,</T>

It is just an oddity with the parts, Mike. For the casing, crown, etc. parts, there is a parameter called "No of Fill Pattern", which defaults to 0 for some bizarre reason. (I'm not really sure that the point is, actually, since for these parts, the choice if 0 or 1 ... Aha. The parts were no doubt written before GDL got check boxes, in which case the param would have been called "Show Fill".)

Just change that to 1, and make sure the object fill makes sense, and you'll be OK. Because some of my attributes are different from the defaults, I have "Empty Fill" as the default fill for the "MSA Lumber" parts ... and so no fill shows there unless I change to solid/etc.
