topic interesting elevation marker fill in Libraries & objects

<T>Opening a template file from 8.1 in 9 and loading the 9 library, I discover that the inerior marker has a background fill that is the same size as the default (4' x4') . It does not resize to 18" x 18" of my marker.

While I can change the fill to empty, if I wanted to take advantage of the background fill to mask, I would have to accept that it mask an area much greater than the size I want. I can see where a programmer might think the existing is ok as the point number (1,2,3,4) will take advantage of the mask, but functionally I would rather it mask just the main portions of the marker i.e. the circle and the points, not the numbers.</T>
