I've tried construction fill off in the display options, but that's not it. Vectorial hatching doesn't have a no show option. Any ideas?

Change Fill in plan to Empty in parameters. It will still mask the objects below, as there is no way to set the background pen to transparent.

Would that be in the original drawing, or the drawing that I inserted the module into.

Also, where do I change the fill to empty in parameters. I've done that in the display options, but that does not work. I also tried it in the Fill Types dialogue box, but I don't see the option that you mentioned.

A bit more information would be appreciated.

Module? I had the impression that we discussed a library part you created
In the profile's parameter settings.

When you create the profile, the API gives you only one option for the fill. That is used on the plan, and also in the section. You will normally change the section one to show the material needed. See attached.

HTH,

It is a library part we discussed. However, this part is in drawing A. Drawing A is then inserted into Drawing B as a module. I want the library part to show hatch in Drawing A, but not in Drawing B.

I tried something that works, sort of. I went to the fill material in Drawing B and set the spacing at 100'. It is now so big only one line shows up in the profiler library part.

Oh - then your fill list is not the same in both the files, which is IMHO not a good practice. You should IMHO run a standard set of attributes.
