Why not just make the dormer out of walls and SEO the bottoms off? Wouldn't that give you all the options you want?

<T>Hi everyone,
It's been a while since the last time I was here. I hope I am not breaking any rule.
Can anyone tell me where can I find a dormer object with a hip roof instead of a gable one and with a louver instead of a window?
Thanks in advance.

Thank you Mark for replying.
That is an option. But I would prefer a ready to use dormer object like the one shipped with Archicad with the parameters I described before. The reason is the model I am working on has several dormers in different locations with differents sizes, and I want to be able to modify them easily in a presentation with the clients.
José,

You could prefab some dormers from walls, roofs, etc. and save them as library parts. You could then simply switch between them for the client. This would not allow any subtle tweaking, but I am guessing you don't really want that for a client meeting.

Thank you, Matthew.
I will do that.
But I still would like to find out if there is such a dormer object out there.
