topic Interactive Schedule - in Libraries & objects

<T>I would like to create a list of furniture (objects) for a project based on the rooms (zones) they are contained in.

Using the Interactive schedule a basic summary list is possible, but by zones it does not appear possible.

Looking at the calculate list option it looks equally impossible(?). Is this right, or can a library part detect what zone it is in?!

Project deadlines loom as always - any suggestions would be greatfully received.....</T>

Click Zone Name in the list of General Fields - drag this field to the top of your field list and set it as a subtitle (grouping) field... if your filters and other fields are correct, you'll then get a list of furniture by zone.

HTH,
Thanks Karl

Silly me - I had scrolled down to the zone heading under Available parameters rather than look under 'General' subheading!

Very useful.
