Off centre Text?

For some reason my text is off centre by quite a lot... Can you notice anything in the code that would cause it?

There is / was a bug in AC21 that caused label text to be seriously displaced. It could be corrected by forcing a refresh or opening the offending leader settings. The displacement never made it to output but it was quite unsettling to open a detail and see "missing" notes. Not sure if it's related, just thought it may be worth mentioning.
