    <description>&lt;DIV class="actalk-migrated-content"&gt;&lt;T&gt;Im using the latest US library. Removed the old lib. and installed the latest ok.&lt;BR /&gt;
...this has prolly been brought up a gillion times but why or how do I get rid of that pesky Library Loading error message when I open  a new template file? Im using a new building template from BCG.&lt;/T&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;</description>
