Element Transfer Settings for Cabinets

Is there a way to make a specific group of transfer settings for cabinets? I'd like to transfer cabinet and door surfaces and knob type and surface, but in the Element Transfer Settings window, the Object settings are greyed out and don't include cabinet-specific items anyway.

No, the element transfer settings can't be set for particular object parameters.

If the settings are grey, then it just means that the box for that setting has not been selected.
