Thank Barry,
I talked to my BIM manager and told me that it is because it is an linked object, they work like blocks in auto cad. So easy to edit.
Thank you again.

I am trying to edit an object and it is not allow to be edit. The layer is unlock, I already reserve the element and it is not a group. I have many other objects like this in the building. Could be linked between them and that is why I can't edit them? In that case what is the solution.

The object itself could be locked rather than locking the layer.
Does it have grey selection handles when you select it?

Or it could be a MEP object that you can only edit if you have the MEP add-on loaded.
