Can anyone tell me where to download objects to furnishing a hotel. Modern objects.

Pure archicad models will limit you severely and might indeed be older stuff.

That said, if it is for some 3D impression renders and you do not care about floor plan symbols and such, you can easily convert 3DS files, sketchup, etc, which opens up to more options.

The better sources will be paid content, but some sites offer good free models.

Some manufacturers of furniture also offer 3D models straight from their website.

I've used http://www.flyingarchitecture.com models in the past for dressing up some renders.

And for a good HDRI map only with sky with no landscape. I find it ver useful for several projects.
