When you model the door leaf from slabs, the outside of the door is the base of the slab and it should be at zero height to project zero.

The inside of the door is then the thickness of the slab above zero.

I created a custom door profile consisting of 4 slabs with a 10mm spacing between each slab. I saved this as a custom door object. When I assign this custom door leaf to a door, the custom leave displays outside the wall hole dimensions of the door. It looks like the custom leaf is acting like a cavity sliding door, but the doors are a garage & pivot door.

When I try to move the door leaf back in line with the wall hole dimensions, Archicad moves the entire door over 10m left or right from the wall it belongs to. The wall remains in the same position but the door is only visible elsewhere.

Has anyone had this before? Or know what I am doing wrong?

Archicad 25 v7000 / iMac 2020 / 3.6 GHz 10-Core Intel Core i9 / AMD Radeon Pro 5700 XT 16 GB / 64 GB 2667 MHz DDR4 / Ventura 13.4
