Missing Libraries in Windows 10 Archicad 24

Hello,

I am trying to install the libraries for the firm I work at but many are still missing after attempts to reload them or add them from different locations. Some items are in the file but others (namely doors and windows) remain missing. It seems that both company-specific things like favorites are missing as well as basic Archicad objects. I am on Windows 10 and the rest of the office is on Mac.

Does anyone have tips for this?

It's possible the old file had the INT library and you're loading the USA library. Or the reverse. Or basically some combination of the new library being from a different localization than the old library.

If INT, the basic door is called Door 24

If US, the basic door is called D24
