NAS - Library Not Loading

Hi all,

We recently ditched our aging domain managed server for a NAS and now ONE of our networked libraries hangs AC during loading. Forever "Loading Library Parts"... Other custom library folders load fine.

If I load the library locally, everything works fine, but I would rather keep these libraries centrallised.

NAS is mapped the same as the old server, identical pathing.

All users have full read and write permissions.

Library in question is the 4DLibrary

@Ben Cohen might your library have something that dislikes being hosted on a non Windows / macOS device?

Hi Ling

ArchiCAD may have an issue loading the mac icon files over a Nas..

You could do a search through the folders and delete all the .DS_Store files.. its safe to do.. a mac will just recreate these files next time the folder is loaded.
