I believe if you run the LPXMLConverter from the ac26 install folder you can pass the version you want to convert the gsm to. It maybe be GDL version not archicad version though.

If that all sounds a bit too complicated, add the objects to the embed library and then back save the pln through ac 25 and ac 24. And then extract extract the objects from the ac23 version of the file.

be aware, back saving objects can result in them not working if you have used functions that don’t exist in the older versions. 25 to 23 should be pretty safe though.

1. Install AC23

2. Convert your objects to XML or HSF using LP_XMLConverter from AC25

3. Convert your objects back to GSM (or Library) using LP_XMLConverter from AC23

LP_XMLConverter is a command line utility (you don't have to start AC).

Maybe it is possible to run it on Sonoma anyways...

Thank´s for input. Yes that was a bit too complicated. But I manage to back saved it from A25 to A24, and it work fine in A24. But not from A24 to A23 when we load the object they dont even show upp in library manager?

(we managed to start up an old computer with A23 on it)

Can you clarify what you mean when you say you ‘load the object’?

The steps should be as follows:

in AC25

1. load objects into the embedded library

2. Save As to AC24 pln

in ac24

3 open the pln you just saved on step 2 The objects should still be in the embedded library from step 1

4. Save as to AC 23 pln

in AC23

5. Open the pln saved in step 4

6. Open library manager and the objects should still be in the embedded library

7. export the objects to a folder on your computer and then you can share them as required.

edit: corrected wrong version numbers.

Thank you for your information!

It´s not possible to open AC24 pln in AC23 (step 4). When I save AC24 pln to AC23 pln and then open it in AC23 I can see that the embedded library is there, see pic, but I can´t reach it? I have export it from AC23 but then i can´t load that folder in to AC23.......
