Smartparts Window and Door library (objects online) has a very good and flexible one. It's not free, but a great library for both windows and doors. It's all I use.

JEREMY,
If you mean by the term "french doors",
a pair of doors, each hinged off of their respective
left and right jambs, opening outward from the hinge side,
and each panel having a single light or cut-up lights,
then I believe I have a library part that
might be what you are looking for.
This library part was created in 6.5 and updated to 8.1.
It does not use all of the obligatory parameters for the
door(wall) subtype so it does not function with
the interactive schedule or display all of the turn-down panels,
but if you are interested you are welcome to it.
Thank you,
Sounds like you might need to define "french doors" more specifically. If a regular double door (D2 in the AC library) isn't what you're looking for, maybe you mean 2 panels w/one fixed and one op.? W/the hinges in the center? In that case, I use (2) D1 doors w/the option "align to door/wind" set appropriately. You can adjust the fixed panel to be closed in 2D and remove the handle as well. The provided doors are pretty darn flexible if you use all the parameters to your benefit - not that they cover EVERY situation.
