      <description>&lt;DIV class="actalk-migrated-content"&gt;&lt;T&gt;sorry i have no idea how to start my own question so i'm hoping someone sees this please. i am just starting out with a colleagues archicad 19 as i have come from autocad. i have the extra lines protruding from some doors within the floor plan. Not all doors but some. any suggestions please on removing these?&lt;/T&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;</description>

I would say that it is your 'Reveal Depth' for the door frame.&lt;BR /&gt;
If you want the frame flush with the front of the wall then use a zero offset.&lt;BR /&gt;
Otherwise you can add a positive or negative figure to move the from behind or in front of the door placement side of the wall.&lt;BR /&gt;

      <description>If Barry's solution doesn't work, I have seen this happen with the "casings" settings. Check the dimensions and whether you want them displayed.</description>
