Aligning door panel with casing

Hello everyone,

I have a quick question, does anyone know of a method to align the door panel with the exterior casing like in the attached drawing?

Hi, I don't know if this could help you, but you can use Align tools.
Edit > Align.

I hope this is what you are looking for, try to give more information about what is going on when you ask something to get a more accurate answer on your question next time.

This may only be close but I set this up with CadImage D&W Builder add-on. I had to adjust the offset of the frame to the wall but it makes the door frame wider. The trim is then flush with the outside of the frame. Probably not perfect but the door is flush with the trim.
