In the ganging interface, you have checkboxes for whether the casing is present/ganged or not. I would imagine that the casing has to be visible for its width to change. If you've hidden the casing for one window in a gang - then the casing size would be set by the adjacent window.

<T>I am using door D1 Entrance 15 and the option to change the width of the exterior casing is grayed out (see attached).

What controls this? How do I change it so that I can input a different width casing?

Thanks!
