please add a signature to your profile with your computer spec and you version of archicad, so that you may get some help on this and other issues. How can anyone know if you have the latest updates and answer if this is a bug if you don't say what you have!

looks like a bug to me...
restart archicad?
restart machine?
change door parameters from the parameters tab?
try placing the door then opening the settings? see if it still appears like that?
sorry i can't be of much help... maybe one of the resident gurus will come along and help...
