<T>For years I have been irritated by archicad's impatience in allowing me sufficient time to type in dimensional changes. With door settings it usually takes 2 or 3 attempts. Just tried to do some in the curtain wall box and it is impossible. Is there a global setting or preference that allows me to adjust this nonsense.

cheers cary</T>

Hi Cary,

In "Options" go to "Work Environment": "Dialog Boxes and Palettes". At the top of this window is "Dialog Box Auto Update Delay". Adjust the delay time to your liking.
You're welcome Cary. That was a quick little refresher....It's been a while since I've dealt with that so I had to hunt it down!
