Mathkit,

Go to 'Documents', 'Schedules and Lists', 'Schedules', then select either 'Door list' or 'Window list' to use the default simple door or window schedules.

For more power, give each door and window a unique ID number in the listings section at the bottom of the door/window settings box.

Create your own customised list by going to 'Scheme Settings' and set up you own criteria to list both 'doors' or 'windows'.

Set 'ID' as one of the fields with 'sort in descending order' (down arrow) selected. This will list your doors and windows in the order of the ID number you previously defined. Add any other fields such as height and width that you need to document.

Save your changes, then launch the schedule to see the results. You may need to adjust the layout of the columns to suit.

Hope that helps!

(Btw, 'Platform' means are you on Mac or Windows. Not particularly important for this question, but useful info to display if you have any other problems.)

Actually I can't help, because

I don't know what is the problem,
I don't know which version of AC,
I don't know which platform.

You might start by reading
pg 172-177 (Only 5 pages)
of the
ArchiCAD 11 Reference Guide
Platform is basically whether you are on Mac or Windows. If yo write the machine specifications in your signature everyone will know.
You should really read from page 172 in the ArchiCAD 11 Reference Guide PDF file. It talks about how to create Schedules.
