You need to link door to Story. All will be fine.

<R>Doors that are placed in multi-floor walls with the door marker set to room and door ID are taking the room number from the first floor zone for all doors not mater what story the door is on. example: door on story 3 in room number (by zone) 303 will read 203 (zone on lowest floor)

Any ideas to fix? </R>

I haven't tried doors in multi-story walls yet, but my guess is that the doors are getting their values from the home story of the wall regardless of elevation. You will probably need to split the walls by story.

If you really need the walls to be multistory, you can make empty openings and insert walls in which to place the doors.
