<R>I am looking to place one horizontal Mullion at 18" down from the top of the window pane & two vertical Mullions per window pane.

The window is actually a 16-foot wide Sliding glass door. See this Link.</R>

Thanks for the response.

Before "building" my panel. Will the Size of the Panel matter? In other words, If I am to have (3) window panels in one 16-foot Door each panel is to be 64" and the Vertical mullion spacing will be 21" or so. If I am to have (4) window panels in one 16-foot Door each panel is to be 48" and the Vertical mullion spacing will be 16". Do I need a different Custom" panel for each size option. The Height of the door will not be changing so the Horizontal Mullion will be 18" down from the top.
Oh man, I don't know..... I'd just try making a single "panel" out of 3d objects (measure the panel size in of your attachment?) .... and save it as a .GSM .... then select it for the custom door panel. A bit of trial and error to get it right? Maybe someone else can say more precisely?
