Thx for the tip -
Now, how do you use this object? It can't be inserted into a wall like a door. Do you create an empty opening and let this object sit there in the hole?
I guess this should go to the wish list: door with linked object behind as elevator.

<T>What are you all using for elevator doors? Seems to me there should be a dedicated door type for this, but I don't see anything in the library.</T>

Try the elevator object, in AC9 Conveying Systems. Before using this part, I used the D2 Pocket doors with an offset to clear the wall.

Actually the elevator object is an object that includes the wall and door. Place the object and show on all stories. Snap your archicad walls to the object and you have a complete floor plan with elevator.
