Does this help?

You'll have to calculate the dimension to center the door within the wall.

<T>I have a couple of Pocket Doors both D1 & D2 from the latest U.S. version of 9's library that I am trying to use and like most of the doors supplied by Archicad, they have problems of one sort or another. But that is about a 3 day rant.

Anyway.

Problem with pocket doors is in plan, the door panel is not in the stud cavity, but one face of the door panel goes to the exterior face of the wall. I am hoping that some of you GDL wizards out there might be able to point to the code that would put it right. Maybe it won't be a major rewrite. Otherwise I'm back to patching and the *%$%$ drawing looks like my Grandmother's quilt already.

Thanks.</T>

Does this help?

It sure does. Thank you.

I doubt I would have ever figured that out, since using those parameters in that way are so alien to how they are normally used. I guess I should have gotten a clue in that the frame has no option for size, but I missed that too. So what happens if I want to place pocket door in brick veneer wall? Or change frame dimension?

Thanks again!

I just found that you can change the frame width under the trim tab.

"Trim thickness at frame"

It is almost logical.
