Using Library Part D1 Garage 1 style 8 the lines of the glazing appear in the elevation view, not the shaded or rendered views. On a different door with the same attributes the lines of the glazing don't appear in any views. I used the eyedropper to copy the attributes of the first door and syringed them into the second door, and still didn't get the same results.
