You don't need to download it from the website. If you search objects in archicad for it, you can download it to the project there. I just did it and there's no password. Make sure you are searching all objects and not just ones in the current library.

GDL level marker object

I am trying to find an 'easy' way to adapt an existing GDL level marker object downloaded from BIMcomponents called Level_BeArt_11

Unfortunately the object is password protected, and there is no information I can see that would allow me to contact the original author for permission or password access.

Does anyone know who the author was? Are there any other objects that do the same thing? I essentially only want to change the graphical representation of the marker, tweak the arrowhead, leader line etc , such that the end result resembles the office standard for the company I am freelancing to (attached screenshot)

Until now this company seems to have been manually creating each of these 'dimensions' from a line and a dumb text object, with no inbuilt means of measuring the applicable spot height of mesh surface being dimensioned, and no way to automatically update anything if the mesh level adjusts, or site datums change etc).

Looking for a better way that matches their graphical standards - preferably where hotspots can be associative with the object/mesh surface they are placed on.

Operating system used: Windows 11 23H2
