topic Insolation tool in Libraries & objects

Greetings!
I was wondering if it’s possible to create my own insolation tool.

The issue is that many of the available insolation tools online are not very good, and I have a big project where I need to use this function a lot.

I already have an insolation tool as an example and also my own DWG insolation ruler adapted for my location. Is there any program or add-on that would allow me to create a custom library object/tool to display insolation, instead of just using a hatch?

In the attachment you can see a screenshot of my ruler.
What I need is a tool that can display only a selected 2-hour range from that ruler, showing the time, and which would be easy to drag and adjust.
Thank you

Operating system used: Windows

Looking at this screenshot, you should be able to create this element using line segments, fills, and text in GDL, Archicad's Geometric Description Languagem which all Archicad Library Parts are based on. But to do that, you would have to learn GDL. So, it is possible, but it requires GDL knowledge.
