Can't select and move 'drawing title' when there are drawings in one layout.

Hello.

I've made my own drawing title for custom library test.

and found some problems.

1. The shape of drawing title is different with what I made.

2. can't select and move when there are drawings in one layout, one drawing in one layout is different story(selectable and movable).

I'm attaching 'pln' file.

Operating system used: Windows

Try this:

1:
Open the title object and in the 2D script, write
FRAGMENT2 ALL, 1

2:
In the object settings, remove the red cross for manual position and set the parameter to yes
