That is very strange,

It is clearly showing the exact same file path for the duplicates.

And the file size seems correct, so it is not a doctored libpack.

Have you tried deleting that chimney libpack and seeing if it still loads?

If it is completely missing then re-load it and see if it duplicates again.

Also check the folder the libpacks are in.

I am wondering if some how there is a duplicate in there - but the file couldn't have the same name.

Also make sure the library packs have the latest update applied.

if I was to guess i would say;

it looks like you have added the archicad libraries folder separately from the library packages, because the path to both copies of the duplicate objects are the same.

but that would mean what is above the break line(which i can't see) would include the offending folder/folders.

I can't see a scroll bar(like on windows) to see how many folders are above the Library packs.

This solution may not work for you but it may help other people.

I don't know if this helps.

the thing thats throwing me for a loop is that the duplicates listed are in the same .libpack, same .jpg and .png files.

I was able to work down the list by stripping out a lot of the 'other language' libraries (this client had loaded all .libpacks without discresion)

Dear @Patrick M,

I am sorry to hear that you are experiencing a Libpack‑related issue.

First of all, I would like to ask you to save a safety copy of your project as a PLA file, so you have a backup before making any changes. After that, please run the following tests:

Remove all libraries from the project temporarily, then load them again.

Check whether the same problem appears in a brand‑new project as well.

Verify that the latest Archicad update is installed on your system.

If, after these tests, you still experience the same error, please contact your local support team via the following link:
https://www.graphisoft.com/en-at/contact/sales/

In that case, we will need to examine the project file on our side as well, and through your local support we will be able to provide more detailed assistance.

Kind regards,

that seemed to do the trick. I think it was some kind of bug, even though the libraries or library parts were not double-loaded, it was reading them twice.

if it happens again, I'll save a .pla and support package to send in. Hopefully it was an oddity and one-off situation.
